Who’s Victoria?

I’m an unabashed competitive professional with over two decades of sales, business development and training experience. I’m a life-lover, a hunter, a philo-math, a nurturer and a coach. I delight in digging deep with clients and partnering with them to create customer-centric solutions to true challenges in their work place.

My first ever sales job was selling sneakers for Foot Locker in high school. Donning the most attractive polyester striped ref’s shirt I jumped out on the floor every day ready to “Sell What’s Available Today”. It was the first in a long line of important lessons of uncovering the needs of the customer and finding a solution that was going to suit the situation there and then.

A lesson I took with me through my tenure at The Marriott Marquis, The Waldorf=Astoria, The Peninsula New York and Langham Hotels International; successfully selling the dream and aspiration that comes with a stay or event at a luxury hotel- even through a global financial crisis.

Always curious and always growing I moved to Australia in 2010, where I’ve loved leading, developing and training record breaking sales teams at Pan Pacific Hotels, Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Venuemob prior to joining the awesome sales team at CWT.

My passion, first and foremost has been developing teams around me, inspiring knowledge sharing, a generous and thriving team environment, and of course productivity and results.
